land bank for future development

TCC Land Bank may hold title for properties (land bank) for short or long periods of time.  Strategic sites that will further important community goals and have a disposition strategy may be land banked for future development.  An agreement specifying details and responsibilities regarding the property, for example property maintenance, is made with TCC Land Bank for each land banked property.
