Interim Acquisition Financing for Affordable Housing

TCC Land Bank provides land banking services to its developer partners.  Developer partners approved for financing in one of TCC Land Bank's loan programs are eligible to have the TCC Land Bank hold a property of its behalf until it is ready to take down the property and begin rehab.  TCC Land Bank gains site control immediately and manages the property on behalf of the developer partner.  This program provides the flexibility to developer partners to coordinate financing, subsidies, and/or engage local contractors.  All holding costs are paid for by development partner at time of transfer to development partner.  TCC Land Bank also land banks properties for long hold periods pursuant to formal land banking agreements.
