TCC Land Bank’s commercial loan program aligns with its neighborhood recovery efforts by engaging developers in community-wide efforts to stimulate neighborhood revitalization by lending for commercial or mixed-use projects. 

Currently, TCC Land Bank’s commercial loan program focuses on lending for commercial or mixed-use projects located on commercial or transit corridors that link to distressed and recovering neighborhoods.

Qualified developers must have a strong track-record of creating affordable and sustainable developments that promote sustainable neighborhoods for families with low-and moderate-incomes.
