TCC Land Bank works across the seven county metropolitan region with nonprofit and for-profit developers, federal, state, and local government, funders, community and funding partners, nonprofit and for-profit developers, and neighborhood based organizations to promote an integrated approach to neighborhood and community revitalization.
Efforts may be focused by individual programs and lending opportunities. TCC Land Bank’s Property Acquisition Program, for example, works with over 130 cities in the 7 county Metropolitan Area. Those include:
