Transit & Commercial Corridors
TCC Land Bank believes that high quality transit, coupled with intentional investment and policy alignment, can provide substantial opportunities for low-income people and the communities in which they live. Through its Integrated Programs and Commercial Lending, TCC Land Bank works to preserve affordable housing and advance opportunities for mixed income and mixed use development in conjunction with transit oriented development along the Central, Hiawatha, and Southwest transit corridors.
